Certification Agreement

Any applicant for certification to a Scheme operated by ACRS must complete and submit this Certification Agreement at the same time as the application form and supporting documentation.

The Certification Agreement applies to:
(a) all schemes operated by the Authority;
(b) all applications for Certification to any scheme;
(c) all applications for changes to any existing Certification;
(d) all existing Certified Firms and Certification.

This Certification Agreement fulfils the requirements for certification agreements as specified in:

This Certification Agreement is a legally enforceable agreement between the Authority and Client.

CERTIFICATION AGREEMENT

For any application to be considered, an applicant firm must include this Certification Agreement with the application form. This form is effective from 10 February 2016.
